Hello, 

Thank you for coming to know about Naijamatmon and what we represent. I want to share something special about my journey with food,  which started in my mother’s kitchen in Benin City, where I learned the vibrant and love flavours of Nigerian cuisine. Those days spent cooking with her, surprisingly, did not ignite my passion for food (LOL). Inspired by those cherished memories of our families cooking for people even when we were tired and spending Christmas and New Year together, was the main thing I missed when I moved to Paris. I pursued formal training in Fashion Business and eventually found my way into finding a solution for people to enjoy Nigerian food that I could not enjoy when I moved here in 2017.

Naijamatmon started in a small studio in Pantin, Paris. It was the frustration in getting food that most Nigerians faced when they newly moved to France that fuelled the creation of this entity.

At Naijamatmon, we believe that food is an experience that brings people together, transcending cultures and distances. We are committed to using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that are both exquisite and memorable. Each event we cater is a testament to our dedication to quality, integrity, and the vibrant flavours of Nigeria.

After catering for individual persons and family food bowls, it became clearer that we needed to do more to address the needs of our clients, so, we decided to move into catering for events and planning events. Click here to see the event we planned.

Since opening in business in 2020, we’ve enjoyed catering to numerous weddings, corporate events, and private parties across France. Our journey has been marked by a commitment to authenticity, with each menu tailored to reflect the unique preferences of our clients. I’m so proud to say we have received glowing reviews from our cherished customers.

Looking ahead, we aspire to serve with integrity and make Nigerian food available to all.
